What You’ll Do

• Create accurate construction documents, technical drawings, and specifications for commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed elevations and complete drafting packages.
• Translate design concepts into clear, practical, construction-ready drawings.
• Collaborate with in-house design and project teams to meet project requirements.
• Ensure drawings align with commercial construction standards and specifications.
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Manage priorities and deadlines while keeping projects on schedule.
• Identify drafting issues early and develop practical solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on drafting experience in commercial design or construction .
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes.
• Experience creating elevations and complete technical drawing sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Canva is required.
• Experience with Photoshop and SketchUp is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
• Strong time management, deadline management, and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with design and project teams.
