Qualifications:
- Min 2 years of experience as a Drafter, preferably in office fit-out projects and interior design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and SketchUp 3D, with a good understanding of architectural technical drawing standards.
- Proficient in 3D rendering software.
- Good understanding of construction details and interior fit-out work.
- Good work ethics, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Description:
- Prepare 2D as-built drawings.
- Prepare revised drawings and drawing adjustments based on project requirements and actual site conditions.
- Develop 3D models for project visualization.
- Produce 3D renderings for project presentations.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings meet project requirements and site conditions.
