What they need
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or a related engineering field.
- CAD/BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a drafter in construction, EPC, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience producing shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Experience working at or supporting a project site is strongly preferred.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and vendors.
- Able to read and write technical English.
- Proactive in identifying errors or inconsistencies in drawings.
