Drafter Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare working drawings and engineering details in accordance with the planning team’s direction.
• Develop and refine site plans, master plans, and infrastructure drawings for the development area.
• Revise drawings based on coordination and feedback from the design, engineering, and project management teams.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and site implementation requirements.
• Manage drawing files and maintain consistency in drafting standards.
• Coordinate with architects, civil, MEP, and other relevant parties throughout the planning and design process.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Drafter Engineer. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp is a plus.
• Good understanding of site plans, master plans, grading plans, building plans, utility plans, and infrastructure development drawings.
• Knowledge of technical drawings for roads, drainage systems, utility lines, land plots, and construction details.
• Able to read and prepare Working Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willing to be based in Batam.
