About the role

As a Drafter Engineering. This is a contract role based in Bekasi, West Java, where you will play a vital part in bringing our construction projects to life through your technical expertise and attention to detail.

What you'll be doing

1. Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to produce detailed construction plans and shop drawings
2. Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and constructability
3. Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models, technical illustrations, and presentations
4. Documenting design changes and maintaining up-to-date records of all project drawings
5. Providing support to the construction team by answering technical queries and resolving on-site issues
6. Ensuring all drafting work meets relevant building codes, industry standards, and company policies

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a drafter or CAD technician in the construction industry
3. Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex technical information
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with the project team
6. Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry regulations
