Drafter MEP

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Able to read and understand Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experienced in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Revit MEP / Navisworks experience is an advantage.
• Experience in villa, hotel, residential, or building construction projects is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work and coordinate directly with the project/site team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise MEP drawings according to project requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Prepare Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing layouts.
• Coordinate MEP drawings with Architectural and Structural drawings.
• Identify and resolve potential clashes between MEP systems and other disciplines.
• Revise drawings based on Engineer instructions and actual site conditions.
• Conduct site measurements when required.
• Maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation.
• Coordinate closely with MEP Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and project teams.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with project standards.
