Drafter MEP

Kadecons is an established architecture and construction company based in Bali with 19 years of experience. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Drafter MEP to join our construction project team. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations within the construction industry and is ready to work in a dynamic project environment.

what you’ll do :

• Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Develop detailed drawings based on engineering designs and project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP drawings with Architectural and Structural drawings.
• Identify and resolve drawing clashes and discrepancies.
• Revise drawings based on engineering, consultant, and site requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and update drawings according to actual conditions.
• Maintain drawing revisions, registers, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, Site Teams, and subcontractors.
• Support the project team during construction and MEP installation works.

What we’re looking for :

• D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP Drafter, preferably in construction or building projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems.
• Able to read and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experienced in preparing shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
