Drafter - Revit

About the Role:

We are looking for an Drafter with strong Revit skills to support design and documentation across all project phases. You will work closely with the design team to develop drawings, coordinate with consultants, and ensure quality and accuracy using BIM workflows.

Key Resposibities:

• Develop architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit across all project stages.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into technical documentation.
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.).
• Prepare detailed drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and project standards.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to design development.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing standards.
• Support construction administration as needed, including site coordination and revisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Professional license (Arsitek) is a plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in architecture design or construction industry.
• Proven experience using Autodesk Revit in architectural design projects.
• Experience with BIM workflows and coordination with other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Revit (required).
• Proficient in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
