Roles & Responsibilities

• Model or Drawing sheet setups for new projects.
• Ensure standard sheet components are set up such as legend, notes, floor plans RCPs, enlarged plans, schedule and detail sheets, etc..
• Conduct model updates and translations throughout project duration.
• Model or draft redlines of all disciplines for projects.
• Provide quality presentation of all drawings with consistency across all drawings, disciplines, and projects.
• Ensure drafting standards for each discipline.
• Clash detection and correction of conflicts.
• Coordination with other designers/engineers/team members, tasks, deadlines.
• Back-check all redlines for accuracy prior to giving back to designer.
• Printing of documents/deliverables or drawings as needed.
• Efficiency: Develop a high level of efficiency, speed and accuracy in drafting/modeling.
• Report to team lead drafting status, workload capacity.
• Assist in training and trouble shooting issues within the models.
• Maintain and update one’s own drafting skills and knowledge of software.
• Attend team, company, drafting meetings.

Skills/Qualifications

• 3 years of drafting or modeling in Revit.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Revit, AutoCAD, REVU Bluebeam.
• Experience in drafting or modeling in 2D/3D commercial, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing drawings and facility building systems.
• Knowledge of construction detail documentation processes combined with practical construction experience for realistic detailing.
• Experience with Bluebeam for digital markup and document management during project review stages.
• Basic knowledge of Teams/Zoom conference call meetings.
• Capable of working as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues. We work in a collaborative environment and are looking for employees that thrive in that environment.
• The ability to read, write and understand written and verbal instruction in English.

Schedule:

In office. Normal office hours are:

Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:30 and Friday 8-Noon.

Ability to Relocate:

• Centennial, CO 80111: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person.

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
