Key responsibilities
- Create and develop technical drawings and architectural designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) according to company standards
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for each project, from design phase through renovation execution
- Conduct site surveys and assess building conditions for prospective restaurants to determine design and renovation requirements
- Prepare cost estimates (RAB), renovation timelines, and update current material prices
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure design results meet company standards
- Oversee renovation processes on-site until final results comply with specifications and quality standards
