Drafter/Designer

WPS Industries and Eagle Project Services currently has opening in both West Monroe and Ruston, Louisiana for an Entry Level Drafter and an experienced Drafter/Designer. We are searching for self-directed, organized and detail oriented individuals to join our team. These positions will support our company's Engineering, Fabrication and Construction/Installation divisions. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in drafting software, an attention to detail and the ability to produce a high quality, timely product.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting/design, Engineering Technoloy, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience.
• Experience using AutoCAD, Revit and Inventor or similar design software in the workplace.
• Basic understanding of structural and mechanical disciplines.
• Previous design experience is preferred. Capable of taking a concept and work through the design, details, and troubleshooting process.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency and quality of work
• Requires good communication skills and the ability to work with all levels in the organization
