Drafting Coordinator

Job Summary

Our estate planning law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Drafting Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role, you will take estate plans designed by our attorneys and turn them into accurate, complete, client-ready legal documents and supporting materials. You will primarily draft trust-based estate plans using WealthCounsel, following detailed attorney instructions and established firm processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong reading comprehension, exceptional attention to detail, and an interest in developing a specialized skill set in estate planning. Prior legal or estate planning experience is not required. We provide approximately 8 weeks of structured training, including intensive drafting and WealthCounsel training.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with detailed documents and technology, able to follow instructions carefully, and willing to ask questions when something does not look right. As your skills develop, you will have opportunities to work on increasingly complex estate planning and asset protection matters.

This is a full-time, in-office position during training, with the potential for hybrid flexibility if you demonstrate proficiency and independence. Salary is $30,000–$40,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
