Draftman

We are looking for an experienced Construction Draftsman to prepare, modify, and maintain technical drawings for our multistory/high-rise construction project. The candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil, architectural, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and as-built drawings.
• Modify drawings based on engineer/architect instructions.
• Review drawings and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Coordinate drawings with structural and MEP requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings and construction details as required.
• Maintain proper drawing records and revisions.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon completion of works.
• Ensure all drawings follow project standards and approved specifications.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction drafting.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with multistory/high-rise projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of construction details and building components.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with site teams.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
