About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Draftsperson with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. You will take full ownership of producing accurate, high-quality architectural drawing sets from initial concepts, operating with minimal supervision and focusing on the internal drafting pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own the drafting process from start to finish, transforming internal concept sketches into complete, precise 2D construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize your own drafting tasks to meet internal project timelines without needing daily supervision or constant oversight.
• Maintain an exceptional standard of accuracy by meticulously self-checking all dimensions, structural details, layers, and annotations before internal submission.
• Independently apply the Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL) and local council guidelines to ensure all produced drawings are technically compliant.
• Maintain a highly organized, clean digital archive of drawing files, blocks, and templates for seamless internal use.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, or a related drafting discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience drafting architectural plans.
• Advanced, efficient command of AutoCAD (essential).
• Familiarity with SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
• Sound understanding of building construction methods, materials, and standard architectural detailing.
