Draftsman / 3D Visualizer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Draftsman / 3D Visualizer to create technical drawings, 3D models, and high-end client presentations. You will bridge technical drafting with design creativity, supporting our sales and design teams to deliver luxury furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drafting: Produce accurate AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and layouts.
• 3D Modeling & Visuals: Build 3D models and renders using SketchUp or Rhino.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to optimize visualizations, mood boards, and presentations.
• Site Surveys: Conduct site visits, take precise measurements, and translate requirements into drawings.
• Client Presentations: Create mood boards, furniture selections, and design proposals to support sales.
• Project Ownership: Manage tasks independently, handle design revisions quickly, and maintain our 3D furniture library.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of SketchUp or Rhino.
• Strong eye for design, space planning, materials, and luxury interior aesthetics.
• Familiarity with AI design and presentation tools.
• Experience with site measurements and reading architectural drawings.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Preferred: Prior experience in luxury furniture retail, interior design, or fit-out environments.
