Draftsman & Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Draftsman & Site Supervisor with a strong background in Housing Societies, High-Rise Apartments, and Commercial Construction Projects.

The ideal candidate should have excellent technical drafting skills, practical site supervision experience, and the ability to manage construction activities according to approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Supervise daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project management.
• Monitor construction quality, materials, and project progress.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare site progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience in Housing Societies, High-Rise Apartments, and Commercial Projects is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Qualification

DAE Civil / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
