Draftsman / BIM Engineer/ Senior BIM Engineer/ BIM Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and shop drawings for construction projects.
• Create, maintain, and amend BIM models across multiple disciplines.
• Revise drawings according to design changes, comments, and site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and company standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site staff to resolve design and detailing issues.
• Attend and assist in project coordination meetings.
• Advise on design modifications, variations, and changes.
• Conduct clash analysis and detection.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, proper filing, and version control of all drawings.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the BIM Manager.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture, Building Studies, or related disciplines.
• Strong passion for Architectural, Structural, or MEP Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks preferred.
• Experience with MicroStation is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of BIM working experience (2–5 years for senior positions). Enthusiastic learners without experience will also be considered.
• Associate membership of HKIBIM preferred.
• CCBC qualification and CAD proficiency are advantages.
• Organized, results-driven, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
