What they need
Responsibilities:
- Assist junior designers and principal designer in completing 2D and 3D drawings needed for project proposals.
- Provide drawings and elevations (if needed) proposals. He/She will be in charge in applying revisions agreed with the client and updating relevant documents.
- Drafting of MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans) for closed projects.
- Must know how to use Sketchup, Autocad and Lumion
- Preferably completed a vocational course on Technical Drafting
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a Graduate of Drafting technology (vocational course) or Architectural technology
- Computer literate
- Has good communication skills
- Resourceful, analytical and organized
- With flexible personality and can work with minimum supervision
- Well organized and gives high attention to details
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
