Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare, revise, and maintain architectural, construction, fit-out, fabrication, layout, elevation, section, detail, and as-built drawings based on approved project requirements, site measurements, specifications, and instructions from the Project Lead.

2. Conduct site measurements and assist in site visits when required; coordinate with Project Leads, contractors, suppliers, and concerned personnel to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings and technical requirements.

3. Review and incorporate approved revisions, comments, and changes into project drawings while ensuring proper drawing standards, dimensions, labels, scales, and file organization.

4. Assist in reviewing contractor and supplier drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions for alignment with approved plans and project requirements.

5. Maintain updated and organized project drawing files and related technical documents in accordance with PMD document control procedures.

6. Perform other drafting and technical documentation duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior or authorized management.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or any related course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, at least one (1) year of relevant drafting experience is preferred.

2. Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, prepare accurate plans and layouts, and apply proper drafting standards.
