Draftsman

Responsibilities:

• Handing civil/ geotechnical/ structural drawings, for example, plans and sections,
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project team to integrate design changes and updates into the drawings
• Coordinating with project team members to ensure timely completion of all tasks
• Proficient in AutoCAD to handle plans, drawings, and general drafting independently.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Good Knowledge of AutoCAD, PowerPoint, MS Office (MS Word & Excel & Chinese typing).
• Experience in drafting works in multi-disciplinary projects including civil, structural, architectural and MEP nature works
• 1-3 years relevant experience
• Strong sense of constructability of engineering works
• Good team player and working to meet specific deadline
• Punctual, self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English
