Position Summary

Responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts for hotel and resort construction, renovation, maintenance, and improvement projects. Works closely with the Engineering, Maintenance, and Project teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and as-built drawings.
• Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and verify existing structures and dimensions.
• Assist in preparing drawings for renovation, repair, expansion, and facility improvement projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other departments regarding technical drawings.
• Maintain and organize drawing files, plans, and technical documents.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable building codes.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and provide technical drawings as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Draftsman; experience in hotel, resort, construction, or property development is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting/design software.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical plans, specifications, and site measurements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to conduct site inspections and work in an operational hotel/resort environment.
