Job Summary:
Union Developers is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural drafting and be proficient in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Modify drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain and update drawing records.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Architecture or relevant qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other design software will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and building details.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
