Draftsman

The Draftsman is responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, plans, layouts, and detailed documentation based on project specifications, engineering designs, and site requirements. The position works closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and other technical personnel to ensure that drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software.
• Create architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, or other technical drawings as required by the project.
• Convert sketches, specifications, and engineering concepts into accurate working drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on comments, site conditions, and design changes.
• Ensure all drawings follow required dimensions, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, details, and other technical drawings.
• Assist engineers and project managers in developing design plans and technical documentation.
• Coordinate drawings with other disciplines to identify and resolve conflicts or inconsistencies.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting before submission.
• Maintain proper naming, filing, and version control of drawings and technical documents.

About you

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Draftsman or in a similar technical drafting position.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other relevant CAD software.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, scales, and drafting standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans, sketches, specifications, and technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple drawings or projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits when required.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
