What they need
Role & responsibilities -
Responsible for developing and finalising layout drawings for STEP centers across India using AutoCAD, conducting site visits to verify measurements and conditions, and working in close collaboration with the Civil Executive to support planning and execution.
- Develop 2D layout drawings, floor plans, and design layouts in AutoCAD as per site requirements and program specifications.
- Conduct site visits across identified STEP locations to take accurate measurements and capture existing site conditions.
- Translate inputs from the Civil Executive and Architect into precise, to-scale AutoCAD drawings.
- Prepare and revise layout drawings promptly based on feedback from the Civil Executive, Architect, or on-site execution team.
- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD; able to independently design and develop 2D layouts and drawings.
