What they need
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a 2-year technical-vocational course with high proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup and Photoshop
- Knows technical drawing and specification plan, elevation, sectional views, assembly drawings, isometric drawings, 3D perspective as built plans.
- Ability to read/interpret construction plans, knowledge of building codes, strong communication, and multitasking skills.
- With background knowledge in cost estimate or quantity surveyor is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares drawings and sketches using CAD and apply standard design principles and codes
- Correlates actual execution of projects to provided detailed plans
- Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, internal and external customers
- Prepares timetables prior to construction to determine the project completion
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
