Education Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Project Draftsman to join our team. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on project specifications and engineering inputs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design software and construction standards, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
• Prepare layout and shop drawings based on specifications from engineers and architects.
• Review rough sketches, specifications, and other engineering data to ensure that they conform to design concepts.
• Modify and update designs based on feedback from engineers, clients, or project managers.
• Maintain and organize project drawing documentation and ensure version control.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet deads and design accuracy.
• Conduct site visits, when necessary, to gather measurements or confirm design conditions.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation as needed.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience between 5 – 10 Years.
• Proven experience as a draftsman in construction, architectural, or engineering projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting/design software.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
