Draftsman

Action Industries is seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong piping design experience and be proficient in creating fabrication and construction drawings for industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and revise piping drawings and isometrics
• Create and maintain spool drawings for fabrication
• Generate and manage spool packages using SpoolFab software
• Utilize Peace Mark software in the drafting and design process
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field personnel to ensure drawing accuracy
• Review drawings and make revisions as required
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and company standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of drafting/design experience in an industrial or piping-related environment
• Proficiency with Piece Mark software
• Experience creating spool isometrics
• Experience using SpoolFab software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation:

• Pay DOE (Dependent on Experience)
