VACANCY – DRAFTSMAN (CUTTING LIST)

We are looking for a Draftsman – Cutting List with experience in joinery/furniture manufacturing and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Head of Cutting List regarding project workflow, priorities, and deadlines.
• Prepare and release cutting lists for all items based on approved shop drawings, dimensions, and project requirements.
• Study manufacturing details and methods and prepare accurate cutting lists and 3D sketches as per approved shop drawings and BOQ.
• Coordinate with the Production Department to ensure clear manufacturing details and smooth production.
• Coordinate with Procurement for required materials, accessories, glass, metal, ironmongery, and samples.
• Check drawings and cutting lists for accuracy and identify any discrepancies before production.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, cutting lists, and revisions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in joinery, furniture, or fit-out .
• Good knowledge of shop drawings, BOQ, cutting lists, and manufacturing methods .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD ; knowledge of 3D software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• UAE experience in a joinery/furniture manufacturing company is preferred.
