Draftsman – Interior Fit-Out

Industry : Interior Fit-Out & Joinery

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
• Prepare joinery drawings for furniture, counters, cabinets, wall panels, doors, and other custom works.
• Prepare architectural layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and elevations.
• Prepare detailed drawings for gypsum, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and wall finishes.
• Develop section details and construction details as required.
• Coordinate drawings with site engineers, project managers, QS, designers, and subcontractors.
• Revise drawings based on client and consultant comments.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project requirements.
• Take site measurements and update drawings accordingly.
• Prepare material and installation details where required.
• Coordinate drawings with MEP services to avoid site clashes.
• Maintain proper drawing records and revision control.
• Support the project team with technical drawings and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Draftsman in interior fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or other design software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of interior fit-out and joinery works.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction details and materials.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
