Draftsman / Sketchup / CAD

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture, engineering or a related field.

*Recent graduates will be considered.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience as CAD operator/ Draftsman
• With experience on construction as AutoCAD/Draftsman
• Basic CAD knowledge/skills is preferred.
• Must know AutoCAD plans for Architectural
• Knowledgeable AutoCAD plans for (Structural, Civil and MEPFS) is an advantage
• Must know how to create 3D using AutoCAD and Sketch-up
• Ability to ready & interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in computer skills is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed and accurate CAD drawings for Interior designs based on Client specifications and sketches.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into technical drawings that align with Contractor requirements.
• Ensure that drawings are optimized for production efficiency and quality standards.
• Make revisions to drawings as needed to accommodate design modifications or Contractor adjustments.
• Create 3D renderings and visualizations of Architectural & Interior designs to aid in the design review processes.
• Maintain organized CAD files and documentation for easy access and reference.
• Coordinate with Principal Architect for any design revisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php10,500.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
