Draftsman / Technical Design Assistant

Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements:

1. AutoCAD (Essential):

• Proficient in AutoCAD to handle floor plans, layout drawings, and general drafting independently.

2. SolidWorks & SketchUp (Preferred / Advantage):

• Experience in product modeling, 3D visualization, and sectional site drawings will be a strong plus.

• Company Learning Subsidy is available for candidates willing to upskill (subject to agreement terms).

3. Graphic & Photo Editing (Bonus Skills):

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop for basic leaflet design, text formatting, and photo tuning/cropping.

Requirements & Preferred Attributes:

1. Around 2 years of drafting experience preferred (Fresh graduates/candidates with lower experience will also be considered).

2. Punctual, self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.

3. Language: Fluent in Chinese with basic functional English skills.
