JOB DESCRIPTION – DRAFTSMAN

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to prepare technical drawings and construction plans for various projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to create accurate drawings as per project requirements. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma in Architecture or related field
• 1–2 years of experience as a Draftsman
• Experience in Construction, Architectural, or Engineering projects preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software
• Knowledge of construction drawings and detailing

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and layout drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of technical drawings.
• Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
• Support site teams with drawing-related clarifications.

Salary Package
