Draftsperson

Job Descriptions:

1. To ensure shop drawings are produced on time for submission to customers, Factory and to JKKP submission.

2. To update and maintain record of the latest/current drawings issue by Factories or other relevant Government Code of Authorities.

3. Able to do technical calculation manually to comply lift/escalator code requirement.

4. To ensure all type of drawings are precise and accurate.

5. To provide support to all departments e.g.: New Installation Project, New Installation Sales or other internal department with regards to the technical drawing requirement support.

6. To ensure compliance to the ISO procedures.

7. To maintain a separate record of the latest drawings related to each contract.

8. To prepare any ad hoc assignments as and when assigned.

9. To update, keep and maintain accurate records and documents.

10. Support Ordering section for documents review & preparation.

Working Experience:

Minimum 1 year working experience. fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Candidate with experience in Elevator industry and 2D/3D in AutoCAD drawings will be added advantage.

Education:

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or related fields.

Skills / Knowledge (or any special requirement)

1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application in MS Words, Excel, Power Point and etc.

2. Knowledge in AutoCAD.

3. Good planning and organisational skills.

4. Self-motivated and possess a positive working attitude.

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

6. High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Able to work independently as well as being a team-player with strong commitment to department.

8. Able to work under pressure and meet the target with demand of the job.
