The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced architect or Draftsperson with 5 years' experience in commercial and domestic documentation to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed documentation, shop drawings, and construction drawings for commercial and interior fit-out projects.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, builders, and suppliers.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant Australian standards and project requirements.
• Assist with project documentation throughout the design and construction process.
• Conduct site measurements and verify project dimensions where required.
• Support design development and documentation using CAD software.

About You

You will be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about quality design.

To be successful, you will have:

• 5 years' experience as a architect /Draftsperson commercial or domestic experience.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and detailing.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Desirable:

• Experience with SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D modelling software.
• Knowledge of custom joinery manufacturing processes.
