Draftsperson

DRAFTSPERSON | CHENNAI | FULL-TIME | IMMEDIATE JOINING

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Developing detailed architectural and working drawings
• Preparing plans, sections, elevations and construction details
• Developing furniture, joinery and architectural details
• Preparing interior working drawings and detailing
• Coordinating drawings with consultants and site teams
• Managing revisions and maintaining organised drawing sets
• Working closely with our architects on projects from design to execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–5 years of experience in architectural drafting
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good understanding of construction and detailing
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Experience with large-scale residential projects is a plus

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Experience in interior working drawings, furniture/joinery detailing and material detailing will be a bonus
• Knowledge of Revit / BIM, SketchUp or Photoshop is also an advantage
