Drain Cleaner / Sewer Technician

Lando Excavation LLC is looking for a dependable and motivated Drain Cleaner / Sewer Technician to join our growing team. We provide residential and commercial excavation, sewer, water, and underground utility services throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with drain-cleaning and sewer equipment, interacting with customers, and working in a variety of residential and commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial drain cleaning and sewer service work
• Operate drain snakes, sewer cameras, hydro-jetting equipment, and related tools
• Diagnose and identify drain and sewer line issues
• Perform sewer line inspections and locate problem areas
• Assist with sewer repairs and excavation when needed
• Maintain and properly care for company vehicles, equipment, and tools
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide updates regarding work being performed
• Complete job documentation, including photos, notes, and materials used
• Follow all company, OSHA, and job-site safety requirements
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
• Maintain a clean and professional work area

Qualifications

• Previous drain cleaning, sewer, plumbing, or underground utility experience preferred
• Experience operating sewer machines and/or drain-cleaning equipment preferred
• Ability to diagnose common drain and sewer issues
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors and in confined or physically demanding environments
• Willingness to participate in emergency and after-hours service calls
