Drain Cleaning Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 per year (Commission-Based)

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Drain Cleaning Technician to handle residential drain issues and identify opportunities for further diagnostics and service.

This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on clearing blockages, troubleshooting problems, and guiding homeowners toward the right solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Clear residential drain blockages using professional equipment.
• Diagnose issues and identify root causes where possible.
• Operate drain cleaning machines safely and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about problems and recommended solutions.
• Identify opportunities for camera inspections and additional services.
• Follow established safety and service standards.
• Work independently while coordinating with the team and dispatch.

• Experience operating professional drain cleaning equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in residential environments.
• Experience with Spartan equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and accountable work ethic.

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation structure.
• Typical earnings: $70,000–$100,000+ annually.
