About the Role

Southport Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hiring a Drain Service Technician in Caledonia, WI. You'll help customers solve drain and sewer problems, working hands-on with specialized equipment and a company vehicle every day. No two days look the same — new customers, new job sites, and new problems to solve. If you like working with your hands, talking to people, and being paid for how hard you work, this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect drain and sewer systems
• Clear drains using specialized equipment
• Identify the source of sewer, drain, and odor-related issues
• Educate customers on findings and recommend permanent solutions
• Build positive relationships with customers throughout the day
• Operate and maintain drain cleaning and inspection equipment
• Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle
• Participate in training and become certified on specialized equipment
• Perform all other duties assigned to the role
