Paul Bunyan Plumbing & Drains is looking for mechanically inclined, hardworking people who want to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career.

You don't need plumbing experience. If you're good with your hands, like figuring out how things work, and aren't afraid of physical work or getting dirty, we'll provide the training you need to become a Drain Technician.

 

Pay & Training:

Starting at $20/hour with no previous drain or sewer experience.

This is a paid, full-time position where you'll learn the trade through hands-on training alongside experienced professionals.

Our goal isn't just to teach you enough to do the job. We want to help you develop the skills and knowledge to become a confident, independent Drain Technician and continue growing your career.

What You'll Learn:

This is a residential service position focused on drain cleaning, diagnostics, and sewer inspections.

• Diagnose and clear residential drain and sewer problems
• Operate professional drain-cleaning equipment
• Perform sewer camera inspections
• Troubleshoot common drain and sewer issues
• Properly use and care for tools and equipment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Work safely and independently as your skills develop

• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Comfortable with physical work and getting dirty
• Professional and respectful with customers
• Someone looking to build a career and grow with a company
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Experience in automotive, construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, manufacturing, farming, equipment operation, or other hands-on work is a plus—but not required.
