We are currently seeking an experienced drainage foreman looking to start with a leading Civil construction company based in the Wellington region. The company we are working with is one of the most reputable companies in Wellington with project confirmed until 2032.

About the Role:

As a drainage foreman, you will be responsible for working directly with the site managers to oversee daily site operations and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to meet the deadlines that are required

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working as a foreman within the drainage space
• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
• Excellent understanding of health & safety practices within civil construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project plans
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Class 1 licence required (WTR endorsements advantageous)
• A proactive and driven attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
