Drainage Foreman

Brunel has proudly partnered with an award-winning contractor who has been successfully delivering civil construction projects for almost 50 years. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Drainage Foreman to join the team.

Description

• Lead crews delivering drainage works across subdivision projects
• Supervise stormwater drainage, pipe installation and associated civil works
• Manage subcontractors, labour and plant
• Work closely with Project and Construction Managers
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to program and quality standards

Profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction
• Strong background in subdivision and drainage projects
• Proven experience supervising drainage crews
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans, drawings and surveys
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site activities
• Hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety and quality
