Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Drapery Seamstress to join our team! You will bring beautiful window treatments to life by expertly sewing and assembling drapery panels, curtains, and related window coverings. Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines efficiently to construct and assemble drapery panels, curtains, and related fabric products
• Cut fabric pieces accurately according to pattern specifications and project requirements
• Sew fabric components together with precision, ensuring clean seams and professional finishes
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to design standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high craftsmanship standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and manufacturing protocols
• Assist in fabric inventory management and ensure proper storage of materials

Qualifications

• Proven experience in garment construction or sewing, preferably with window treatments or similar fabric products
• Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and various sewing techniques
• Strong understanding of fabric types, cutting methods, and finishing details for drapery manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret patterns, specifications, or technical instructions accurately
• Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling and workspace organization
• Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to producing high-quality work
