Draughtsman (Architectural)

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare working drawings, layouts, and architectural details as per design specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain updated drawings.
• Prepare as-built drawings and maintain drawing records.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Support the project team with technical drawings and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of architectural working drawings and construction detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
