Job Title: Draughtsman (AutoCAD Metro/Tunnel/Bridge Projects)

Employment Type- Contractual (one year).

Location - Bangalore

Qualification

• 10th /12th /Graduation/ Diploma (in any discipline).
• Must have Certification in AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD for metro, tunnel, or bridge projects.
• Develop General Arrangement (GA), structural, reinforcement, fabrication, and construction drawings.
• Modify and update drawings based on engineering revisions and site requirements.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, and Design Engineers to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Prepare as-built drawings and maintain proper drawing documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements.
• Review drawings for completeness, dimensional accuracy, and construct ability.
• Maintain drawing registers and revision control throughout the project life-cycle.
• Support project teams by providing technical drafting assistance during execution.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD (2D drafting).
• Good understanding of civil and structural drawings.
• Experience in Metro Rail, Tunnel, Bridge, or other large infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of reinforcement detailing and construction methodologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering designs, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with applicable engineering standards and drawing practices.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Must have hands on exposure to drafting in AutoCAD
• Exposure in 3D- Revit, or Tekla tools will be an advantage.
• Should have experience with Metro or Tunnel or Bridges project.
