Requirements:

1. Proficient in AutoCAD.
2. Knowledge of SketchUp and other 3D modelling software is an advantage.
3. Basic knowledge of interior renovation, construction processes and materials.
4. Able to read and understand architectural , interior design and construction drawings.
5. Basic understanding of dimensions, measurements and space planning.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Able to make revisions efficiently based on feedback.
8. Good communication and teamwork skills.
9. Previous experience in interior design, architecture, renovation or a related field is an advantage.

Job Scope:

1. Prepare 2D/3D interior design drawings.
2. Proficient in AutoCad.
3. Prepare floor plans, elevations & detailed drawings.
4. Prepare custom furniture/carpentry drawings.
5. Prepare drawings based on designer or client requirements.
6. Take site measurements when required.
7. Coordinate with designers and contractors.
