CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• Prepare and develop technical drawings, construction drawings, and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
• Produce and revise drawings according to engineers’ instructions, design changes, and site requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and approved designs.
• Coordinate with engineers, Project Managers, and site teams to ensure drawings are accurate and practical for site execution.
• Review drawings and incorporate comments or amendments from the technical team.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.
• Maintain and update drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
• Ensure drawings are issued to the relevant departments and project teams in a timely manner.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them to the relevant engineers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical drafting or the construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of other relevant drafting software is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
