Draughtsman/woman

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to prepare accurate architectural, interior, and construction drawings based on project requirements and design concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D architectural, interior, and construction drawings.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare furniture layouts, flooring layouts, ceiling plans, and other interior drawings.
• Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams.
• Incorporate revisions and modifications based on design and site requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards.
• Prepare detailed drawings for site execution and fabrication.
• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, and technical details.
• Maintain proper drawing records and document revisions.
• Assist the project team with technical drawing requirements and site clarifications.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience as a Draughtsman, preferably in Interiors, Architecture, or Construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural and interior construction details.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of dimensions, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
