该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 负责内饰零件（如仪表板、门板、副仪表板等）的结构设计及开发工作； 参与前期造型评审及结构可行性分析，输出结构成立方案； 制定零件开发计划，跟踪模具、样件及试验验证进度； 解决装车及试验过程中的技术问题，推动问题闭环； 配合项目节点完成SOR、DFMEA、BOM等技术文档编制。 任职要求： 大专及以上学历，机械、车辆工程、材料等相关专业； 3年以上内饰零件结构设计或开发经验； 熟练使用CATIA/UG等3D设计软件； 熟悉内饰零件成型工艺（注塑、包覆、搪塑等）及GD&T； 了解整车开发流程及零部件验证规范；
