Role Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Analyst with strong expertise in IPDRG coding to lead DRGV operations. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring accuracy of IPDRG assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate IPDRG codes - CCS / CIC
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements
• Audit charts for DRG validation, documentation gaps, and query opportunities
• Mentor and guide junior coders/analysts on IPDRG logic
• Prepare reports, track productivity, and maintain quality metrics
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for clarifications

Required Skills:

• Min 5+ years in IPDRG coding - CCS / CIC certified preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and DRG methodologies
• Experience in R1RCM / US Healthcare Revenue Cycle preferred
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work on tight deadlines

Education: Any Graduate / CCS, CIC certification preferred
