The Opportunity

We're seeking experienced Drill Fitters to join our team, working on surface drill rigs based around Caboolture.

Offering a choice of 7/7 or 5/2 rosters, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for competitive pay and local work, with the benefit of being home every night.

What You'll Do

• Conduct diagnostics and inspections on surface drill rigs and associated equipment.
• Perform servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Prioritise safety and maintain an organised and efficient workspace.

What We're Looking For

• Trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter / Heavy Duty Mechanic.
• Previous experience maintaining and repairing surface drill rigs.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Commitment to safe, high-quality and reliable work.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
• Willingness to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical upon hire.
